The design was displayed on stage at the Hobby Center, and audiences were allowed to walk up onto the stage to view artifacts from TUTS’ history. Since no vinyl signage or attachments were allowed on the walls of the stage, we got creative and utilized music stands and backstage structures to uphold exhibit signage. We developed photoshoots (shot by Claire McAdams) of teaching artists and students to evoke the actions of teaching, dancing, acting and singing. I was tasked with creating a visual brand for the exhibition that would be used in print and digital marketing materials, as well as development campaigns and merchandise.
